SOLAR ENGINEER @ OMENAA
This role involves spearheading solar PV initiatives, ensuring the design and installation of energy systems meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for technical assessments, site surveys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable energy solutions that drive clean energy adoption in the region.
In addition to technical execution, you will provide expert guidance on inverter systems, battery storage, and grid integration. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring that solar farms and residential systems operate at peak efficiency to support long-term environmental goals and client satisfaction. Potential work locations include Remote, Hybrid, On-site, and Project-Based settings within Nigeria.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in solar PV system design and site installation.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or HelioScope.
Deep understanding of electrical codes and renewable energy regulations.
Strong project management skills to oversee solar farm development.
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Experience with battery storage systems and inverter technology.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client engagement.
Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
