Key Requirements
Extensive experience in a leadership role within Quality Assurance.
Proven track record of managing QA teams and test strategies.
Advanced knowledge of ISO Standards and industrial compliance.
Experience in strategic planning for large-scale testing projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior testers.
Proficiency in project management and resource allocation.
Ability to oversee audit processes and internal inspections.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience with Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
