PROJECT MANAGER (SOLAR) @ OMENAA
The Solar Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and closing of solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with sub-contractors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.
You will be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and tracking project progress through all phases of development. This position is vital for scaling clean energy infrastructure and requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of large-scale renewable energy deployments. Roles are available as Hybrid, On-site, or Contract-based in South Africa.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
Proven track record managing solar or large-scale construction projects.
PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
Strong understanding of project scheduling tools like MS Project.
Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for energy projects.
Excellent leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations.
Risk assessment and mitigation expertise in technical environments.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
