Key Requirements
Proven experience in solar PV system installation and maintenance within Kenya.
Technical degree or certification in Renewable Energy or Electrical Engineering.
Expertise in designing off-grid systems for remote or rural locations.
Knowledge of local energy regulations and compliance standards in Kenya.
Ability to perform comprehensive energy audits and system efficiency checks.
Experience with SCADA and remote monitoring systems for solar arrays.
Strong analytical skills for energy data interpretation and performance reporting.
Proficiency in technical documentation and project proposal engineering.
Effective communication skills for business development and stakeholder engagement.
