Key Requirements
Extensive experience in BIM implementation for large-scale AEC projects.
Technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination software.
Understanding of structural BIM and MEP BIM coordination requirements.
Proven ability to manage BIM standards and project workflows.
Experience with Scan-to-BIM processes and laser scanning technology.
Competency in creating detailed 3D models and construction documents.
Knowledge of parametric and computational design tools like Dynamo.
Ability to integrate Facility Management (6D BIM) into project delivery.
Strong analytical skills for clash detection and resolution.
Excellent portfolio demonstrating BIM proficiency and project samples.
