Leading architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, infrastructure developers, and global consultancies in Nigeria are seeking skilled BIM professionals to drive digital construction, improve project delivery, and enhance collaboration across projects. This role involves Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation, where you will be responsible for 3D modeling across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. You will also participate in clash detection, coordination, and the development of BIM standards and workflows to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Candidates will engage in advanced practices such as 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, and the integration of digital twins for smart building management. Whether working in a remote, hybrid, or on-site capacity, you will be expected to produce detailed construction documentation and shop drawings. Key Requirements
Strong BIM expertise with hands-on project experience in the AEC industry.
Proficiency in modeling tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla Structures.
Solid understanding of AEC workflows and international BIM standards.
Experience in 3D Modeling for Architecture, Structure, or MEP systems.
Ability to perform Clash Detection and Coordination across multiple disciplines.
Familiarity with 4D (Scheduling) and 5D (Cost Estimation) BIM processes.
Skills in BIM Standards development and Workflow implementation.
Experience generating Construction Documentation and Shop Drawings from BIM models.
Knowledge of Digital Twin and Smart Building Integration (6D BIM).
Strong communication skills for effective project collaboration.
