As part of this role, you will be involved in digital twin integration, smart building development, and the creation of comprehensive BIM standards. Your expertise will help minimize construction errors through advanced clash detection and ensure that all documentation meets the highest digital construction standards.

Key Requirements
Professional BIM expertise with significant project experience in South Africa.
High level of proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for 3D coordination.
Deep understanding of AEC project lifecycles and BIM workflows.
Ability to develop and maintain BIM Standards for diverse projects.
Experience in 4D (Scheduling) and 5D (Costing) BIM integration.
Capability to handle BIM QA/QC processes for model accuracy.
Skilled in creating Construction Documentation and Shop Drawings.
Knowledge of GIS and BIM integration for infrastructure projects.
Understanding of sustainable and green building design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team environments.
