BANCASSURANCE MANAGER @ OLD MUTUAL UGANDA
We are looking for a Bancassurance Manager to bridge the gap between banking services and insurance products at Old Mutual Uganda. You will be tasked with developing strong relationships with banking partners and implementing effective sales strategies to increase the penetration of insurance products. In this role, you will monitor sales performance, train bank staff on insurance offerings, and ensure that customer needs are met through integrated financial solutions.
Your expertise will contribute significantly to the growth of our bancassurance portfolio and the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying market trends and adjusting sales tactics accordingly to remain competitive. Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of bancassurance products and market trends.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Experience in collaborating with banking partners to drive insurance sales.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Certification in insurance or financial planning is an added advantage.
