We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Farm Manager to join our team in Namtumbo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial farm management.
Proven expertise in supervising farm staff and coordinating field operations.
Strong knowledge of modern crop production techniques and farm planning.
Proficiency in farm budgeting, cost monitoring, and inventory management.
Ability to manage, maintain, and operate agricultural machinery and irrigation equipment.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for record-keeping and reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, make sound operational decisions, and meet production targets.
Willingness to reside at the farm location in Namtumbo.
