Ola Salesplat is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Brand & Creative Designer to join our dynamic team in Abuja, Nigeria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the visual identity of our brand across a wide variety of digital and print platforms. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our brand message is communicated clearly and effectively through high-quality design work that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience, preferably within the B2B tech sector, and have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in branding, layout design, and video production. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to produce engaging video content, social media assets, and pitch decks. The salary for this position ranges from ₦200,000 to ₦350,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level. Key Requirements
3–5 years experience (preferably in B2B Tech or related fields).
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
Proven ability to handle both static and motion design projects.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and video work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Experience in maintaining and scaling brand guidelines across different media.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with marketing, sales, and content teams.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
