We are hiring an enthusiastic Waiter & Barista to join the service team at OKKA CAFE in Arusha. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders accurately, and showcase expertise in coffee preparation to ensure an excellent experience for all guests.
Your duties will include greeting customers, serving food and beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, and preparing a variety of coffee drinks according to our standards. Key Requirements
Previous experience in a waiter or hospitality role
Skilled in espresso machine operation and coffee brewing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and feedback
Excellent standard of personal grooming and presentation
Capacity to work flexible shifts and weekends
High level of integrity and reliability
Strong multi-tasking and order management abilities
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
