OKKA CAFE is looking for a diligent Cost Controller to oversee financial operations related to our kitchen and supply chain in Arusha. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory, tracking food costs, and ensuring that our procurement processes remain efficient and cost-effective.
As our Cost Controller, you will analyze spending patterns, manage supplier relationships, and perform regular audits to prevent wastage. Key Requirements
Proven experience in cost control or financial management within hospitality
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Detailed knowledge of food and beverage costing
Ability to audit processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
Effective negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to prepare detailed financial reports for management
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
