WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR @ OFFGRID CONSULTING LTD
Offgrid Consulting LTD is seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations. The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of goods within the facility, from the moment of receipt to storage, picking, and final dispatch. The successful candidate will ensure that all inventory records remain accurate and that stock levels are monitored closely to prevent shortages, all while upholding the company's commitment to quality and efficiency.
In addition to operational oversight, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for preparing performance reports, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring full compliance with the Data Protection Act No 24 of 2019. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver capable of working under pressure and coordinating with the broader team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for all clients.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Comprehensive knowledge of modern warehousing processes and inventory control techniques.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant inventory management software systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required by operational needs.
High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information per Data Protection Act.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insightful reports on warehouse performance.
