The Legal Expert will serve as the primary legal advisor for the organization, responsible for overseeing legal compliance, contract management, and general legal support. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing complex legal documents and agreements to ensure the company's interests are protected at all times. Salary: TZS 1,200,000 per month.
Additionally, the candidate will perform comprehensive legal research, identify potential organizational risks, and provide actionable solutions to management. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B)
Minimum of five years of proven experience in legal practice
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian laws and legal procedures
Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with high professionalism
Experience in a corporate or business environment
Proven track record of risk assessment and management
