Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management
Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial or senior management position
Proven experience in managing business operations and teams
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Advanced proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementation
Experience in multi-branch operations is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
