PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ OASIS VILLAGE & CLUB
Oasis Village & Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end purchasing, vendor relations, and contract administration across all operational units. This role is pivotal in ensuring that supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company standards. The successful candidate will lead the procurement cycle from sourcing to final delivery, ensuring all transactions are transparent and documented.
In this role, the Procurement Officer will play a key part in the organization's growth by managing the supplier database and acting as the Secretary to the Procurement Committee. The ideal candidate will be expected to utilize the Palladium ERP system for accurate inventory tracking and financial reporting, ensuring that the stores are adequately stocked while minimizing waste and maximizing value for the company.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3+ years of progressive professional experience in procurement.
Proven hands-on experience using Palladium ERP or similar enterprise resource planning software.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills for dealing with vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Ability to manage an Approved Supplier Register effectively.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
PSPTB or CIPS certification (highly preferred).
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (highly preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
