FINANCE MANAGER @ OASIS VILLAGE & CLUB
Oasis Village & Club is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial governance, liquidity management, and fiscal strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a key business partner to executive management, ensuring the integrity of our financial operations across memberships, sports facilities, F&B, events, and villa operations. You will play a central role in driving long-term financial health and operational efficiency through rigorous oversight.
The Finance Manager will direct end-to-end accounting processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance. You will lead a dedicated team to manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory forecasting, while maintaining high standards of internal control. This role is essential for navigating financial risks and ensuring that our business operations in Tanzania remain compliant with national tax and financial regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
CPA (T), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional designation
5+ years of progressive financial management experience
Proven experience in hospitality or multi-site facility management
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems like Palladium
Expertise in MS Excel financial modeling
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and TRA compliance
Strong leadership skills for managing finance departments
Demonstrated ability to perform financial risk assessments
Excellent communication and executive reporting capabilities
