Key Requirements
Proven experience in F&B management within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent proficiency in English and Swahili
Deep understanding of inventory management and cost control
Ability to maintain high standards of customer service
Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving abilities
Commitment to honesty, reliability, and professional responsibility
Willingness to learn and adapt to resort operations
