Nyumbani Marketing is currently seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee our Printing & Promotion Department. This role is central to our growth, focusing on the development and execution of sales strategies that drive orders and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of identifying and approaching potential clients, while maintaining a high standard of professional communication throughout the sales process—from initial inquiry to final delivery and after-sales follow-up.
In this position, you will leverage digital marketing channels such as Instagram and online advertisements to generate consistent leads. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the printing, branding, and promotional items industry, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal design and production teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently while expanding the company’s footprint in the advertising services market.

Key Requirements
