SALES EXECUTIVE – INTERIOR FIT-OUT @ NVR HR SOLUTIONS
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in interior fit-out to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the interior design and construction sector. This role requires a deep understanding of fit-out projects and the ability to translate client visions into reality. Salary for this position is AED 7,000.
The candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial consultation to final closing and project handover. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for handling diverse clients and ensuring successful project delivery. You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the UAE market to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Proven interior fit-out sales experience is essential.
Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability in closing high-value sales deals.
In-depth UAE market knowledge preferred.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Proactive approach to lead generation and networking.
Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for clients.
Basic understanding of interior design and construction processes.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
