GENERAL MANAGER – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS @ NVR HR SOLUTIONS
The General Manager for Property Development & Operations is a pivotal leadership role within a prominent real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from initial land acquisition through to project completion and handover. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maximize return on investment (ROI) while ensuring that all operations, including leasing and facility management, are executed with excellence and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include ensuring full regulatory compliance with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). The General Manager will lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and investors. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and be able to innovate within the fast-paced real estate sector of the UAE. The salary for this position is AED 18,000 – 20,000.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development or real estate.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or senior management role.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA guidelines.
Fluency in English and Urdu or Hindi languages.
Demonstrated expertise in land acquisition and project completion workflows.
Proven ability to optimize property operations, leasing, and facility management.
Strong track record in ensuring regulatory compliance with DLD.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage key stakeholders and drive organizational growth.
Strategic mindset focused on maximizing property ROI and investment returns.
