The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer will work in our Nzega, Tabora office. The role involves maintaining employee records, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating training sessions. Key Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications for the position applied for.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High integrity, self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality results.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HR information systems and payroll software.
Solid understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
