We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to lead technical design and execution for our construction projects. You will be tasked with preparing detailed drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere to strict engineering standards and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will contribute to the successful completion of projects in Nzega, Tabora, Tanzania. You will collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver innovative building solutions while ensuring structural integrity and long-term project viability.

Key Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High integrity and self-motivation
Disciplined approach to work
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.)
Knowledge of local building codes
Strong technical reporting skills
