ACCOUNTANT @ NUSAK COMPANY LIMITED
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations at our Nzega, Tabora, Tanzania facility. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and overseeing daily financial transactions to maintain the accuracy of our company books.
Successful candidates will play a crucial role in our financial operations, providing insights that support business decision-making. You will need to exhibit high levels of integrity and a keen eye for detail as you work within our multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure financial accountability and transparency across all company projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Advanced proficiency in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
Strong understanding of local tax laws and financial regulations
Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
High integrity, self-motivated, and disciplined
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
Proven ability to manage deadlines and financial data accurately
