SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) MANAGER @ NUROSPARX
NuroSparX is looking for a high-performing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. In this role, you will work directly with US clients to drive search rankings using cutting-edge AI and technical SEO methodologies. You will be responsible for overseeing team management and ensuring that all technical aspects, such as site architecture and Core Web Vitals, are optimized to the highest standards for various B2B and B2C clients. The role requires a deep understanding of digital growth and the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. The salary for this position is between 9 LPA and 12 LPA. Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of professional SEO experience in an agency setting.
Expertise in AI-Driven SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Proven experience with Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization.
Mastery of Technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals and Schema markup.
Deep understanding of Site Architecture and its impact on search rankings.
Experience managing a team of SEO specialists or content creators.
Fluent English communication skills for direct US client interaction.
Availability to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
Must be an individual candidate; no agencies or freelancers will be considered.
Proficiency in using advanced SEO audit and tracking tools.
