FACTORY IN-CHARGE (2 POSITIONS) @ NSL – NEELKANTH SALT LTD
NSL – Neelkanth Salt Ltd is seeking 2 Factory In-Charges to be based in Mkuranga, Pwani. The Factory In-Charge will oversee daily factory operations, supervise production activities, ensure product quality and safety standards, and manage production staff to achieve operational targets. You will be responsible for balancing staff requirements with production demand and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Successful applicants will lead a team of workers, coordinate between shifts, and maintain operational logs. This role is ideal for experienced manufacturing professionals looking to take a leadership position. Candidates must be willing to reside in Mkuranga and must be flexible enough to handle night shift responsibilities.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supervising factory operations and production teams.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Must be willing to reside in Mkuranga.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in operational software and record-keeping.
Deep understanding of factory safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for staff management.
