PRODUCTION & LINE SUPERVISORS (2 POSITIONS) @ NOVAFRONTEL COMPANY LIMITED
We are seeking two Production & Line Supervisors to manage our assembly and production workflows. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production-line activities, allocating staff duties, and monitoring individual and team performance to ensure high productivity.
Ensuring that all staff adhere to safety and quality standards is paramount, as you will be directly responsible for meeting daily production targets. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively manage personnel in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Industrial Management or relevant field
Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Ability to enforce safety and quality regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer and reporting proficiency
Capability to work under high pressure
Goal-oriented and disciplined approach
Effective at resolving workplace conflicts
Ability to train and develop junior staff
