Key Requirements
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Exceptional ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to conduct structured behavioral and technical interviews.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job openings.
Self-discipline to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of current labor laws and employment best practices.
Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
