PROJECT SUPERVISOR @ NORTHERN ENGINEERING WORKS LIMITED

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
2–4 years of experience in telecommunications or fiber optic supervision
Ability to oversee field teams and monitor project progress
Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
Proficiency in site inspections and reporting
Willingness to work in any region within Tanzania
Knowledge of PPE usage and safety procedures
Incident reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
