Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
At least 5 years of experience in site supervision for road and highway projects.
Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region is highly preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and site plans.
Expertise in supervising earthworks, asphalt laying, and drainage installation.
Excellent manpower management and team leadership capabilities.
Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Ability to conduct material inspections and ensure quality control on site.
Proficiency in preparing daily and weekly site progress reports.
Effective communication skills in English for multi-cultural work environments.
