Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one in the USA.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in highway design and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
Strong understanding of AASHTO standards and US Department of Transportation regulations.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from conception to completion.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for pavement and drainage design.
