OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS OFFICER @ NOBACITC
NOBAC INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Officer to support and enhance their transport and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics and transport tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with all industry standards. This includes coordinating fleet scheduling, managing dispatch processes, and ensuring the successful execution of deliveries while maintaining communication between drivers, clients, and service providers.
Furthermore, the Operations & Logistics Officer will be tasked with monitoring shipment progress and ensuring the timely resolution of any operational challenges. The role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed reports, and supporting cost control initiatives to improve overall performance. The position is based at Mivinjeni, Kurasini, and requires an individual capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with minimal supervision to achieve organizational goals.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2 years and above of relevant experience in logistics, transport, or operations management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
Knowledge of fleet maintenance and vehicle tracking systems
Experience in coordinating with third-party logistics providers and vendors
Proven ability to manage and resolve complex operational and delivery challenges
Detailed knowledge of transport safety regulations and compliance requirements
