NOBAC INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Officer to support and enhance our transport and logistics operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily logistics and transport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance while coordinating fleet scheduling, dispatch, and delivery execution. You will be responsible for managing communication between drivers, clients, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. This position is located at Mivinjeni, Kurasini, and requires a dedicated professional capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the officer will monitor shipment progress and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges. The role involves maintaining accurate operational records, reports, and documentation to support cost control and operational performance improvement initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in analytical reporting and stakeholder management to drive the company's logistical success. The position requires meeting strict deadlines with minimal supervision while adhering to all company policies and safety standards.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years and above of relevant experience in logistics, transport, or operations management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex transport schedules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities for driver and client coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience in coordinating fleet scheduling, dispatch, and delivery execution.
Proven ability to monitor shipment progress and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Capability to maintain accurate operational records and comprehensive documentation.
Familiarity with transport industry regulations and safety standards in Tanzania.
