PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ NNSHERA
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to be based in Dodoma, responsible for managing our purchasing, supplier relationships, and overall supply chain operations. In this role, you will develop procurement strategies, source reliable suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality for the company. You will be the primary point of contact for purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement record-keeping.
Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels to coordinate timely replenishment and ensure that all procurement activities remain compliant with internal policies and external regulations. By analyzing costs and identifying savings opportunities, you will contribute directly to the company's profitability. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and specialized procurement systems.
Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
Experience in managing purchase orders and delivery tracking.
Ability to monitor and manage inventory replenishment.
High degree of integrity and professional ethics.
