INTERNAL CONTROLLER (2 POSITIONS) @ NNSHERA
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Internal Controller in Dar es Salaam. The primary objective of this position is to manage and oversee rigorous controls and the reconciliation of raw materials, finished products, and sales transactions. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and financial reporting, bridging the gap between physical stock and data management. Preference will be given to female candidates who possess the required technical background and analytical mindset.
The compensation package for this role includes a monthly net salary of TZS 300,000 and a transport allowance of TZS 50,000 per month. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage controls and reconciliation of raw materials.
Experience in tracking and reconciling finished products and sales data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies.
High level of integrity and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to management.
Strong mathematical skills for accurate financial and stock calculations.
Ability to maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
