Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or hospitality industry
Proven expertise in data analysis and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts
Deep understanding of local financial regulations in Tanzania
