We are seeking to recruit 10 female Cashiers to join our various shop locations across Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. As the first point of contact for our customers, the cashiers play a crucial role in representing the Nnshera brand and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Candidates should have a background in hotel management or customer service, bringing a professional and friendly attitude to the workplace. The role involves handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments, necessitating a high level of accuracy and trustworthiness. Key Requirements
Must be female (as per recruitment focus for this role).
Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Hotel Management or Customer Service.
Previous experience in a cashier or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly.
Strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
