BRANCH MANAGER – RESTAURANT & BAKERY @ NNSHERA
We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to take full ownership of a busy restaurant and bakery operation in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will lead a team to drive revenue growth across all segments, including dine-in restaurant services, wholesale bakery production, and retail counter sales, while ensuring exceptional operational standards are maintained daily.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience managing restaurant, hotel, bakery, or hospitality operations
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of inventory management and cost control
Proficiency in food quality and hygiene safety practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
