ACCOUNTANT @ NNSHERA
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dodoma to manage critical financial operations and strategic reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring full compliance with statutory tax filings and audit requirements. This role involves significant coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities to maintain the company's financial integrity.
You will also be tasked with supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to provide management with actionable financial insights. From processing payroll and expenses to analyzing costs, your work will be central to the internal controls and financial stability of the organization. Candidates with CPA or ACCA qualifications and a strong background in financial software like QuickBooks or SAP are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
3–5 years of professional accounting or finance experience.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar accounting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
Experience in performing reconciliations and statutory tax filings.
Ability to process payroll and manage statutory deductions.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
High attention to detail for maintaining audit readiness.
Strong communication skills for liaising with financial institutions.
