T&C ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL @ NHTSME (ADNOC PROJECT)
We are seeking a T&C Engineer (Testing and Commissioning) specialized in Electrical systems for a project with ADNOC in the UAE. The engineer will be responsible for the final testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical installations. This role is vital in ensuring that all systems are operational, safe, and perform according to the design intent before the project is officially energized and delivered to the client.
You will develop commissioning procedures, execute primary and secondary injection tests, and verify protection relay settings. Collaboration with the design and construction teams is necessary to rectify any faults found during the commissioning phase. The role demands high technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a commitment to completing the project's final phase successfully.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Specialized experience in Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of electrical systems.
Proficiency in operating advanced test equipment (e.g., Omicron, Megger).
Solid knowledge of protection relay testing and configuration.
Ability to develop detailed commissioning plans and test reports.
Extensive experience with HV/MV/LV switchgear and transformer testing.
Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving system faults.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with client representatives.
Familiarity with international electrical testing standards (NETA, IEC).
Willingness to work flexible hours during critical commissioning phases.
