HSE SUPERVISOR @ NHTSME (ADNOC PROJECT)
An experienced HSE Supervisor is required for our ongoing project with ADNOC in the UAE. The primary objective of this role is to implement and maintain a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental management system on-site. You will be tasked with conducting regular safety walkthroughs, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring that all project personnel adhere to established safety protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
Your responsibilities will also include delivering safety inductions, leading toolbox talks, and preparing comprehensive HSE reports for project management. You must stay updated on local UAE safety regulations and ADNOC's specific safety requirements. We are looking for a proactive professional who can foster a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the entire project team.

Key Requirements
Recognized professional certification such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in large-scale industrial projects.
Comprehensive understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental laws.
Strong skills in conducting risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA).
Experience in accident and incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Ability to conduct internal safety audits and site inspections.
Proficiency in developing and delivering HSE training programs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Competence in preparing professional HSE reports and documentation.
Ability to handle emergency response situations effectively.
