ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR @ NHTSME (ADNOC PROJECT)
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation and maintenance activities for our ADNOC project in the UAE. The supervisor will lead a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with technical drawings and safety standards. You will be the main point of contact for daily site electrical operations and progress reporting.
Key duties include resource planning, supervising cable laying and terminations, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues on-site. You will work closely with project engineers to ensure technical compliance and with HSE teams to maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in heavy industrial or oil and gas electrical works.

Key Requirements
Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Extensive field experience in electrical supervision, preferably in the Middle East.
In-depth ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce of technicians.
Solid understanding of site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Proven experience in overseeing cable tray installation, wiring, and termination.
Expertise in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.
Capability to plan daily tasks and meet project deadlines.
Strong reporting skills for tracking site progress and material usage.
Previous experience working on ADNOC or similar high-profile energy projects.
