SALES REPRESENTATIVE (2 POSTS) @ NEXUS HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING
NEXUS Human Capital Consulting is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their professional team in Kahama. The primary focus of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong, productive relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. Candidates should be highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing consultancy firm.
Successful applicants will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling, and setting up meetings with potential clients. The role involves preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support. This position requires someone who is energetic and ready to move within the region to meet sales objectives.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales
Good communication skills and strong sales skills
Energetic and ready to move
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Strong negotiation and persuasive speaking abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
