Next World Consumer is expanding its creative team and is currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote workforce. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are both intuitive and visually appealing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into functional designs that align with our brand identity and meet consumer demands in the digital space.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating user-centric designs and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial user research and wireframing to final visual design and interactive prototyping. Key Requirements
More than 2 years of professional work experience in UX/UI design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Experience conducting user research and interpreting usability testing results.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and clean aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote team.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate better developer handoff processes.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
