PROGRAM MANAGER (CAPITAL PROJECTS) @ NEXT STEP PEOPLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our Capital Projects team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of high-value capital projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and remain perfectly aligned with the organization's long-term strategic objectives. As a leader in the engineering sector, you will be responsible for navigating complex project lifecycles, from initial planning through to successful delivery, while managing diverse teams and large-scale budgets. The salary for this position is SAR 45,000 – 78,000 per month, supplemented by a comprehensive executive benefits package.

Key Requirements
Proven experience managing high-value capital programs and large-scale portfolios.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management within the engineering sector.
Demonstrated success in the GCC region, specifically within the Saudi Arabian market and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control for multi-million dollar projects.
Ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and quality assurance protocols.
Relevant professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
