QHSE DIRECTOR @ NEXT STEP HIRE
A leading construction group in the UAE is seeking a QHSE Director to take full ownership of their quality, health, safety, and environment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing the safety culture across multiple high-scale projects and working directly with senior leadership and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with international standards. This role involves driving innovation in sustainability and establishing robust compliance frameworks to maintain the company's status as an industry leader in workplace safety. The salary range for this executive position is AED 80,000 – AED 130,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Extensive professional background in construction, engineering, or EPC sectors.
Profound knowledge of ISO standards including 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Demonstrated experience in implementing comprehensive QHSE strategies.
Proven ability to lead and transform workplace safety cultures.
Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience collaborating with senior executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
Passion for driving sustainability and environmental innovation.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HSE or Quality role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencing stakeholders.
Professional certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
