CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) @ NEXT STEP HIRE
Next Step Hire is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee enterprise-wide operations for a high-growth, multi-sector organization based in Dubai. This C-suite leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and scaling business performance to ensure the effective execution of strategic objectives. As a key partner to the CEO and Board, the COO will translate high-level strategy into actionable execution frameworks while ensuring organizational alignment and sustainable growth across all business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations, financial management including P&L oversight, and the establishment of robust governance and risk management frameworks. This role demands a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience who can foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Compensation includes a salary ranging from AED 180,000 to AED 220,000 per month, along with executive performance bonuses, housing allowance, and comprehensive family medical insurance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
MBA degree is highly preferred.
20–30+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior executive roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-country operations.
Ability to translate corporate strategy into operational plans and execution frameworks.
Strong experience in P&L performance, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Ability to establish robust governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
Expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the UAE market.
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing executive teams.
Experience in enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
