CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) @ NEXT STEP HIRE
Next Step Hire is currently hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee enterprise-wide operations for a high-growth, multi-sector organization based in Riyadh. This C-suite leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling business performance, and ensuring the effective execution of the organization’s strategic objectives. The COO will act as a key partner to the CEO and Board, translating strategy into execution while ensuring operational efficiency and organizational alignment.
The role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leading large-scale operations and delivering measurable business impact. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple business units, managing P&L performance, and establishing robust governance frameworks and internal controls. Compensation for this position is SAR 160,000 – SAR 250,000 per month, complemented by executive performance bonuses and long-term incentive plans.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
MBA degree is highly preferred.
20–30+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior executive roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-country operations.
Ability to translate corporate strategy into operational plans and execution frameworks.
Strong experience in P&L performance, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Ability to establish robust governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
Expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the KSA market.
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing executive teams.
Experience in enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
