We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a specialized Long-Term Care (LTC) contract opportunity based in Gunnison, Colorado. This role is designed for nursing professionals who excel in night-shift environments, requiring a commitment of 36 hours per week. Over the course of a 13-week contract, you will be integral to providing comprehensive care to residents, managing clinical needs, and ensuring patient safety during the overnight hours. The compensation for this role is $2000 weekly.
As an LTC RN, your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health status, administering medications, and maintaining detailed medical records. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of LTC experience (Required)
Active Colorado RN License or Compact License
BLS Certification (Required)
Ability to work 36 hours per week on night shifts
Proficiency in administering medications and wound care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Capability to work independently during overnight hours
Commitment to completing a 13-week contract assignment
