IT MANAGER @ NET2SOURCE INC.
Net2Source Inc. is seeking a strategic and experienced IT Manager to lead technology initiatives for a client in the entertainment industry based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the overall IT strategy with business objectives, managing enterprise systems such as Vista cinema software, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and Power Apps, while ensuring the high availability and security of all network infrastructure. This role involves overseeing IT budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management to ensure seamless service delivery and cost-effective operations.
Beyond technical management, the IT Manager will drive cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, and IT audit readiness. You will be responsible for planning and maintaining disaster recovery systems and overseeing the integration of various platforms including online ticketing, kiosks, and mobile applications. A significant part of the role includes leading and mentoring the IT team, fostering professional development, and supporting succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success. This position is a 3-month extendable contract suitable for immediate joiners.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 10-12 years of total experience in the IT industry.
At least 8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an IT department.
Direct experience working within the entertainment or cinema industry is highly preferred.
Proven proficiency with Vista cinema software is a mandatory technical requirement.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Power Apps implementation.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgeting, cost control, and strategic resource planning.
Extensive knowledge of network security, data protection laws, and IT compliance standards.
Experience in managing third-party vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ability to lead IT operations and provide high-level user support across multiple business units.
